When Michael J Fox raced his wheels to 88 miles per hour and left nothing but two trails of flame track, the world stop and wonder when that day will come.
Sure we have now pass that speed of travel but we are not any closer of moving back in time(at least to my lowly knowledge). So eager we look for a way to go back in time and change our life but as every sci-fi freak/love would tell u, changing anything will make u wanna change it back anyway. Pointless, maybe thats why we are not expose to this weapon of great evil, yet.
We want to stop time.
At the orgasm of our fairy tale life, play a pause.
When we are at the pit, hit the rewind or better, forward switch.
Wild Goose Chase.
I am pretty sure the rewind part is still pretty possible though, the best video cam and hard disk in the world was installed into us the moment we took our first scream-ful of air. It keeps recording even if we dont really want it to anyway. The tricky bit of it all is to organise the tapes in a way that the happy thoughts are always in reach and the others to "old films, vist less" racks. There, happiness for the simple/naive. Everyone deserve a fairy tale ending when they look back before their last breath of air now don't they. That would be my best guess why the system starts to malfunction a little when the age kicks in, lesser to to remember = less time sorting. =)
I think we are pretty close in stopping time too.
At the digital age of no sense and impossible is nothing, we store our everything in images. Digital yes. Tangible, close but yes again. It stops time and somehow stores the atmosphere or feeling, waiting to be rediscovered everytime we do seek for it.
To store emotions or thoughts, we can always rely on letters or cards or as the digital age that spoils everything, email and sms. I reckon that the closest shot a person would be able to fully tranfer thoughts with emotiong without any F2F convo or tele-convo would be to write. Simple and yet so profound. Guilty, that we tend to write only on occasion of pre, during and post estrange relationships. Why is it easier to write only when we have to? Why do the most touching compliments only comes accompanied by the final rose and you are no longer able to hear them?
I think letters are pretty and I read my limited collection all the time. Relationships are prettier on paper and processed cardboards.
and thats wat keep me throught the night, stopping time to melt with you.

Always buying sneakers? It's the sign of a leader: poll
Tue Apr 1, 9:50 AM ET
Got a passion for buying sneakers? It could be a good sign, with a poll finding that people who buy three pairs of sneakers or more a year are far more likely to be a leadership type that other people.
Mindset Media, a media company that examines personality traits of different consumers, found that people who buy more than three pairs of sneakers a year are 61 percent more likely to have the qualities of a modern leader.
These qualities were defined as having ideas and vision, and a style with others that is both inclusive and decisive.
The survey of 7,500 people, using market research group Nielsen's online panel, found multi-sneaker buyers were 50 percent more likely to be very assertive and 47 percent more likely to be spontaneous.
Lauren Arvonio, a spokeswoman for Mindset Media, said sneaker buyers were more likely to fly by the seat of their pants.
"It is often said you can tell a lot about a person by the shoes they wear, and now we have some hard data to back that up," Arvonio told Reuters.
"What is interesting is that these personality traits held true across the board, regardless of age, income, or gender."
Previous Mindset Media surveys found that people who pay their credit card bills off each month were more likely to be "highly deliberate," thinking through their actions, but also less modest than others, likely to brag about their habits.
Hybrid car owners were found to be 78 percent more likely to be highly creative than other people and less dogmatic.
