Aftermath

The war is finally over and it was well..pretty much less then perfect. The usual cuts and bites following 3 days of no sleep. Counting strength of till 50 during foot movement totally took the life out of me and whenever I am done counting and I walk to the front, rest time is over and its time again to move. sigh Life a bitch.

It soon turned into a whore when everything was finally over and I got back to camp I realised tat the floor I stayed on got robbed and my phone is yet again stolen. Perfect. twice. I cant think of how to break the news to mummy. sigh. I feel so lousy.

Everything seems wrong again, ppl tat i wanna tok to are not toking and there is pretty much nothing to do whnever my mind is at ease. This makes me think abt the lost of my phone even more. Safe me. Anyone. Please.

was looking at my frenz blog and she had this picture entry..Realised tat I havent been taking pictures for very long..Nv really enjoy doing it lar..Cos i am not good looking ma..but then I think I should update my frenster pic also..hmm...see lar..

Oh! I got the Japan Away jersey!!! hehehe..I even went to print the player name on it. Nakamura! I think he is going to perform this world cup...the only light note of this blog...

Raining..

Itz pretty amazing tat it rains every good friday at abt 1 plus..I cant remember since when I started to take note of this but I guess there could be a sermon in church tat explains it and all lar..but yeah...I dun think itz really much of a concident..

Was browsing throught kino the other day and realised tat the top seller now are pretty alike. Books tat challenge things that we have believe all out lives. The gospel of Judas has seriously created alot of commotion recently and I think it would be soon before I am caught reading it off a paperback.

I mean it raises alot Qns in the things tat wat ppl thought were true jus like Sex, it sells like hotcakes though we all somemore or other hopes it not really true. heh..Actually to be honest, I am very much aware of such "urban rumours" or the devils advocate existed way long ago but only after the comet of the Da Vinci code hit the population of humans that ppl are really interested in it. On the way of course rasing many other side storied such as the holy Grail and the Masons, all of which has existed way before Brown has started to be in print.

Somehow I dun feel its healthy doubting the existance of Christ as a christian and somewhere it just doesnt seem rite. hmm... I mean itz more the jus verbal or written confirmation through the holy book rite? Itz more personal than that. Somehow yet the Gospel of judas seems so addictive, almost feels evil. Ha..I think too much rite?

Its finally ATEC week and after this it will be done.One last war and it will be called a day. No more outfield and no more endless walking in the jungle with Camo cream.I hope. After tat it would be a week off and finally I can start to enjoy a little more.

Kinda of excited and yet the same time worried tat if we screw this up, 2 years of training would be pretty much wasted.Sigh.

Realised tat my phone has been pretty quiet and I am gulity of not msging my fren as often as well. There seems to be no one ard to msg or communicate to? Hmm..

Venus Drive

I take the taxi pretty often lately as my camp is like 2 light years away. Thus I have had many opportunity to meet with taxi drivers from all sort of race. The Endless talker, the silent driver, the political leader who drives a cab, the uncle who needs to take a leak with the meter running and of cos my fav jus met new fren, The lost soul.

Can anyone tell me how can you drive a cab and dunno how to get on the PIE? ok..maybe ur not familiar with the area then DUN DRIVE THERE LAR!! or better still jus read the big big green board on the side of the road tat directs u to the freaking expressway tat practically runs across half of singapore.. tsk tsk..

So after another night of guard duty following a night of watching Arsenal@ the champs league..I was in serious need of sleep.. I agreed to drop my fren along the way at the mrt and guess wat the cabby did? He miss the turn -it was jus a simple right turn- and went all around the entire ave jus to get back to the mrt? hello? there is such a thing call U-turn? u dun have to keep on turning right along all the blocks to get back?

So I figured tat he was trying to get abit more $ from me so I was still alrite as I jus wanted to get home quick.. then i realised tat he keeps turning ard the entire bedok area jus to get to the PIE..which was jus like the next exit? the meter reach $10 before he asked me if I wanted to take the ECP to rochor and go all the way? I didnt want to as it would like take a round ard town before reaching my hse..which was really far and I told him itz okay..jus go PIE and exit bishan...so he went on abt jams and watever which I jus ignore..I JUS WANT TO GO HOME AND SLEEP CAN? then he jus kept turning ard siglap and when finally he rounded to Geylang, I ask him in my Plt Sgt tone

sorry ar..I am new lar...then I should have exit jus now but i miss the...yada yada..

I told him that he could asked me if he didnt know and dun act like he is showing me another way and force me to take ECP which was really stupid as it DOESNT LEAD TO MY HSE..

tsk tsk..anyway the meter ran to $20 plus but I told in striaght in the most unhostile way possible tat I would only pay the normal fare tat I pay everyday and if he didnt believe me he can on his meter and drive back..tat is IF HE CAN FREAKING FIND THE PIE THIS TIME..being very afriad tat I will complaint and get him fired from his new job he reluctantly accepted my $12...it was the norm..I should have gave less as he wasted all my time..

Can's stand it man..I used to dislike uncles who likes to tok with u through the entire journey as most of the time I jus wanted to listen to my mp3..but after a while some realised tat some uncles are exactually quite entertaining..

for those who are not..why cant u take the hint from my one word ans tat I DUN WANNA TOK TO U?? STOP ASKING ME AM I SERVING THE ARMY!! WHO IN THE WORLD WILL GO BEDOK CAMP FOR SITE-VISTING..

So on the way back home jus now I suddenly realised that the road tat leads to the Singapore country club is call venus drive..so cool rite? i wonder if there is a Mars ave or something inside..heh..cant believe after passing it so many times I jus realised it today..

looking forward to doing some shopping this week and meeting with some nice ppl or something.. heh..blog again soon..

Oh I enjoyed the phone call while I was on duty..heh..

Mushrooms...

I think I am sooo addicted to mushrooomssssssss.. heh..was at hot stones yest and had some mushroomz which was really nice..stupid Pj choose this pasta thingy which stop me from ordering the mushrooms soup resulting in this craving now...tsk..but i think mushrooms are really nice...oh btw the bill was pretty scary for 2..

I... need..to..satisfy...the....crave..

ok moving on..Got sunburn while running on friday noon...painful..=( ..I think i need to be more tanned..now I look so pale..as in my body lar..I dun prefer..I wanna be darker..hmm...gotta do some tanning real soon..

I got $700 from the progess thingy..dun u jus love election? hahaa..but my area nv votes le..not fun lor..why le..? my area very worth fighting for wat..I dun even know who my minister is actually..haha..maybe tats why no one is fighting for my area..I wanna vote!

went outfield again on tuesday...counting down already...should be only having 1 or 2 more field training only..hehe..cant wait..I hate walking in complete darkness...falling and slipping..soon..it will all be over...soon...

I wanna go Outback for dinner..but PJ says it really expensive..hmm.. but I dun care..pj says it serves nice mushrooms so I wanna go..heh..worst come to worst can depend on the Rainy day fund..heh..should be sufficient..
