Every second lasted an hour.Then an hour moreThe twins were waiting.The rest of its race laid before them and they knew they were nexy.The choices were now narrow to one.Victory was Slim but it wasnt the time to think otherwise.Then it came.Through the hands of the creator, it came."zhi mo,pan she, pong pong hu!!"Yes! super limit..hahhaa..recovery to all the rest of the games before..tat was seriously the highlight to the entire of my last night and perphaps chinese new year..No it wasnt abt winning that $20 odd in one round, it was more abt the excitment of waiting for it to come..waiting to draw the tiles urself and jus winning!
Chinese new year used to be abt chasing away the stupid monster tat came to eat ppl or something...so we use red paper/stuff(duh..monster tat is scared of red..must be some girly monster or something) drums and the extinct in singapore firecrackers...So boring rite? So what did the creative chinese do? Highlight it with new yr goodies, endless concerts on tv and of COS MAH JONG!!! wahhaa..tell me someone tat dun enjoy playing it...tat rite..the LOSERS! so we should not dwell on tat type of ppl from the other part of the world..haha..So typical.. so asia..So SINGAPORE... and guess wat? we cant live without it..=)

::184::Spring~Last week outfield was really dirty, tiring and mind disturbing..reminded me of brunei..and many other unpleasant memories so let not dwell on tat if we can help it..
So itz CNY!! yeah...Somehow or other it always reminds me jackie chan..like every channel is showing his shows and stuff..why huh? I dun really favour him lar..but he is like Mr chinese new year or something so I guess we dun have much of a choice..
So I did some shopping with mummy along china town, bugis and all the very chinese places..haha..ermm esp chinatown..been ages since I been there but everything still carries a tingle sense of familiarity...I used to visiit tat place everyweek as my church is near there..It has been soo long..=) all the uncle with the mic going on and on selling thier cooking stuff...the crowded street and eating place..everyone rushin to but very CNY stuff..really neat...It makes u feel so chinese i guess..somethings jus cannot be lost..
Always staying at home is kind of boring though...Tv is really boring too..lucky my PS is up again so can like play again..heh..

::183::Tat pair of shoes..again..Bernyce Tan is a typical female shopper. Yes she is.
Like all typical singaporeans girls, they already have in mind exactlly what they want before they ask you as company to tag along. They Insist tat they should try the product, for example a pair of shoes, despite the fact that it has been on them 200 over times before they brought u there.Then they will ask for ur views on it of which we all know would not make any difference at all of the overall purchasing outcome.
Dun get me wrong now, I am not saying tat it wrong to do so as through experience, tat is the way the female being behaves, Just like the automated sudden silence and coordinated head turning process when that drop dead gorgeous walks pass by a group of pure males.
Its like an universal culture.Man with footballs and Women with shoes.The unwritten law of nature that takes places all over the goble. Like a virus, it strikes u without you even knowing it.Maybe it comes with puberty. No one really knows how it began but we do know tat a pair of shoes for one purpose is never enough.
Back to shopping, we shall now back track a little to before she ask for companionship for her hunt. Bernyce would have already seen and tried the shoe on a seperate occasion be it alone or not. She will think abt it.Walk with it abit and then place it back on the rack. She leaves the store and continues to think abt it. Think. Think. and Think. If she passes the shop again, She will sneak a peek at it again and of cos, try it on again.

If you worked or are working in sales before, when a guy tries for something,anything, they would most likely purchase it, tat is of cos unless it doesnt fit or something along tat line.

::182::Its cold..The weather has been sooooo cold recently..Since the start of the never ending rain, it really a blessing to have even 15 mins of sunshine..Tat of cos makes bathing in camp ever sooo terrrible..the water are already super icy cold..now with the aid of the breeze..it almost like bathing in taiwan all over again...Been so wet too.. really hard to get my uniform dry and stuff..tsk tsk and tsk...
So ppl ard are like dressing up for winter which is all fine with me cos I have a number of jackets and long tops to keep me warm but there is just one thing tat really got me pissed off..Yes. I am PISSED OFF
WHY DOES EVERYONE OWN THE JAPAN ADIDAS JACKET!!!Mind you itz not one guy..ITz not 2..ITz 4,5,6,7 ppl tat I SEe on the street..All wearing MY JACKET! Wah liao..it freaking $130 lor..Why u all soo rich? when I choose to ignore the first guy..I see another guy walk pass me with it..so I slow down my pace a little and 15 mins later ANOTHER GUY! come on..at a point of time I took off my jacket so tat we are not like a picture taken from where's Wally.. =( If it wasnt japan..then it would be Argentina or Germany or England..Is tat series really sooo popular?! tsk tsk..World cup year I know..but but but...itz not fair! I bought it first..how do I know? I bought it on week 2 of launching lor..sob..

Gotta start to plan for education soon too..my fren went to the aussie open hse today but I missed it..but then again very unlikely for me to travel lar..well..letz see how things goes lar..

::181::4 and 4 and 4 again..wow..been like super busy..since the start of ermm last week? It was like war week as we had the infantry test thingy going on and like everyone was very busy preparing to take tests and all to show how good we are..well in the end we found out tat we were freaking damn good! haha..I was sick remember? but i was selected to do the knowledge test thingy..so I had to study the file and safety stuffs lar...it was like exams...in the end..i got 99/100...yawnz..yes i am tat DARN good..*proud*
Realised tat the whole battalion had stomach flu..they suspected tat it was the oyster tat they gave on the mess..i had only 1? wah liao..IT was the only food left as i was late doing some stuff..and I took one also kenna..wat the..anway...I feel better now..=)
remember friday where the never ending rain started? well I was outfield! freak man..super duper cold and I was still drench when I return to camp..tsk tsk tsk...thought I would fall sick again but hmm..seems like i am lucky..heh.
Met up with wello on friday night when he came back for his last transit...spend the night at jord hse again..it was like old times when we would jus mess ard and tok abt anything..so funnnn...Went to town to have chicken rice..ya the place tat we had it with sun yanzi tat one..total up to $10 per person..quite Ex hor? hmm kk lar...went to visit some ngee ann event thingy in town..it was like super HUGE event..sure like AD ++ standard lor...met up with some lecturers and the last batch of students tat we would know..heh..Miss sch..
Link up with more frens and all lar...then we had lucn at pepper lunch cos emily gotta go work so we had to eat early..it was ermm...? ok only le? why we pay more and we cook ourselves huh? so stupid rite? hahaha..anyway...Its something fresh lar I guess.. Pj dropped by to send like regards to wello before he leaves and all...wello tease Pj..bully here and there..as usual it was really like old times...Poly seems so fun le....sigh..
Play pool...watch movie...the standard c4 thingy and all..then we went to liquid kitchen near my place to watch soccer and hang out..it was really cool..we plated daidee first then when the next table left..we borrowed the dice tat they were playing and played the guessing dice game...jord lost 5 times in a row...super duper funnnnnyy...when he wasnt losing...wellson was! hahaa..it was really a great game...had lotsa lotsa fun..
well he is gone again and I am bored again..hmm..had some passing thoughts jus now..but i cant remember it now..maybe I will blog it at the next entry or something la...Feel so cold..the never ending rain...Should we like prepare noel's arch or something...then i have to find a opp gender to go with me...heh..
oh ya! was watching the charity show just now...realised 2 things..one when david was singing he dragged the mic all the way to his knee level!!! no KIDDDINGGG he is really super super freaky!! perfection in jia Ying i think...wow...
the other thing is ermm.. the amount raised was greatly affected by the NKF thingy which was really expected lar..but then I felt tat it wasnt really very far to the patients who really needed help..Like they are already soo in need by boycotting such event would only make them suffer more..itz not their fault tat the ppl are eating thier money and now by ignoring the donation would only make thier life worst off rite?
fair enough the charity has drifted off track for the last few years but at the end of the day ..ppl do still need help and we should really do something..no matter the size rite? so like even if my dollar would only be like 20cents profit to the real sick ppl..does it mean tat I should take even tat pathetic 20cents from them? hmm something to think abt...maybe if we made the account more transparent the situation will get better...I dun think itz abt the stunts nor the prizes..I think itz abt doing something that we all know we still have the strengtht to do..I never did support such drive as I felt it was too commercialise and very "fake" but then again..the problems are real and the ppl's future are looking really dull now after the storm..we should really help...if we dun, do u think the rich bastard who cheated the money would? Sigh..Felt so sad for the patient who are always on the losing end...pray tat everything will get better in the near future...someone in the press with strenght should write something to wake the nation or something...

Got a call at 7 plus in the morning..Guard duty problem again..Why izzit always my problem? why cant they settle it themselves..we all get the same pay wat..tsk..Mans will always be man..selfish..and Me? I have to be self-less..
New year resolutions? I dun have any..I Think? I jus wannt move on to the next phrase of life..I wanna try something new..I want to truly appreciate my true friends maybe..Ppl who really care abt me..Pj say I was too nice a guy..hmm? is tat really so? but...I dunno..but I think I should really care less for ppl who dun..tough it up..
